  14. In a fit of stupidity, I scraped my right front tire
  15. against the concrete curb in front of my house at
  16. about 10 MPH.

  18. My inspection revealed that the sidewall has a small
  19. V-shaped piece of rubber about 0.75 inch on each side
  20. cut into the sidewall.

  22. When I flipped this little flap of rubber up, I could
  23. see the outer layer of belts.

  25. Have I screwed up a perfectly good Michelin? Or is
  26. it possible to get safe life out of it?
