  18. Is this the GM Blinker-Blinker-Blinker-Cruise-Cruise-Cruise-Cruise-Cruise-
  19. Wiper-Wiper-Wiper-Wiper-High Beam-Low Beam switch on the stalk with 
  20. tilt wheel, and the 2 speed with delay wiper motor?  This was common
  21. on the lux GMs of the time.

  23. If this is the unit, its probably the contacts in the wiper motor
  24. needing cleaning.  This is difficult to do only because the lowermost
  25. 10mm bolt is VERY difficult to remove, especially if the car has ever
  26. been outside.
