- What year is it?? My '66 had a similar problem. I finally figured
- out that the fan belt had lost a little tension. Not enough to squeal,
- but enough so that the turn signals wouldn't get enough energy. They
- would be fine at normal (driving) speeds, but at slower speeds (about to
- turn) they would slow down and sometimes not even blink.
- Give that a shot....
