  16.     What year is it??  My '66 had a similar problem.  I finally figured
  17. out that the fan belt had lost a little tension.  Not enough to squeal,
  18. but enough so that the turn signals wouldn't get enough energy.  They
  19. would be fine at normal (driving) speeds, but at slower speeds (about to
  20. turn) they would slow down and sometimes not even blink.
  21.     Give that a shot....
