  12. I bought an '84 pickup with the 2 liter four. I think it might be made by
  13. Mitshibushi.  When I start it cold the oil light is on for 10 - 30 seconds,
  14. depending on how recently it has been driven.  I have tried different oils,
  15. and currently use Mobil 1 10-30. It is still noisy on start up.  Supposedly
  16. this vehicle only has ~90k miles.  I have noticed there is some weird thing
  17. at the bottom of the sump where the dipstick goes.  Is this characteristic
  18. of this engine, or are the bearings shot,  or maybe the previous owner used
