  18.  No, it's not safe.  Any feeb zonked enough to not notice a full size
  19. car like a Crown Victoria probably won't notice a reflector strip
  20. either.

  22.  It's sort of like the strobe lights mounted on school busses around
  23. here.  The busses are TEN FEET TALL, fifty or more feet long, and
  24. painted screaming yellow.  So people "don't see" them and slam into them
  25. with monotonous regularity.  The strobes haven't helped, by the way.
