- No, it's not safe. Any feeb zonked enough to not notice a full size
- car like a Crown Victoria probably won't notice a reflector strip
- either.

- It's sort of like the strobe lights mounted on school busses around
- here. The busses are TEN FEET TALL, fifty or more feet long, and
- painted screaming yellow. So people "don't see" them and slam into them
- with monotonous regularity. The strobes haven't helped, by the way.
