- I took my car to the shop. I gave my authorization to replace
- some parts (spark-plugs cables, rotor cap, and gas filter). The
- car has exactly the same problems as before. The mechanic does
- not find the cause of the problem.
- My question is: May I ask for a refund?, If so, it should be
- a refund for labor, for parts, for both?
- Thank you in advance for any help .
