  32.     What I know about it is that a sister of mine got wrapped
  33.     up in this and it was a constant drain on her finances
  34.     till she wised up.  Now, they might have some useful things
  35.     to share but I went with her to "Guest Speaker Night" and
  36.     found it was nothing but an "inspirational" talk about "how
  37.     I was a Nobody, depressed, shy, etc and then became Ms./Mr.
  38.     Successful through Lifespring" followed by INTENSE pressure
  39.     to join.  The newbies were ID'd by brightly colored tags
  40.     and if you hadn't joined, the big-wigs would come around
  41.     to find out what the problem was.  I said, 'Hey, I'm buying
  42.     a house and don't want to spend the money"  Their response:
  43.     money will always come, you'd better join now or you'll
  44.     be sorry later.  Riiiight.
