  22. Stay away from   the mall 'jewelers'  ...  these guys  are  the   most
  23. expensive  places you will  find. They (like  the Goodyear  tire guys)
  24. always seem to be running a hlaf price sale.   In NYC, you can try the
  25. diamond exchange on  5th avenue. I  don't   know if there's  something
  26. comparable in the SF Bay area.
