- Itamar, I have the same problem you described trying to switch back from ASCII
- to Lingua, and I have an EGA card. When I attempt the switch I am put
- directly into the installation menu, and if I reject that, I remain in ASCII.
- I tried quitting and reloading NB: no luck. It really does seem to demand
- putting the floppy disk back in and installing from scratch.
-
- The other thing I would add to your list: as far as I can discover, it is
- impossible to enter an accented character (whether you're in Lingua or ASCII
- set seems to make no difference) in an Ibid bibliography template for adding
- an item--though the Look-up menu _does_ accept accented characters. So one
- can look up items inserted under 3.1, but not add new ones! This makes Ibid
- practically worthless for me.
