- I would appreciate help installing and using Orbis. I followed the
- installation procedure set-by-set and seem then able to generate a
- database--at least .DAT files etc show up in the Orbis subdirectory--but
- the final move of the installation attempt results in an "Internal Error 9009"
- message. Orbis refuses to access the new .DAT files in its subdirectory.
- Relatedly, an attempt to set the Orbis options following installation via the
- SET menu prompts an "Install Orbis" message.
-
- Itmar suggests (a) not to lh nb--I didn't--and (b) to make sure, if I
- understood correctly, that the .TMP, .CTL, and .SUB files are in the
- appropiate subdirectory. The only Orbis files I find anywhere--excluding the
- DAT et al files mentioned above--have the extentions .EXE, .HLD, .LST, and
- OVR by 3.
-
- Any help would be greatly appreciated.
