- My upgrade package, which includes NB4, Lingua, Ibid, and Orbis,
- arrived here in central Virginia on Monday. I have not installed
- it because I am not sure that the meager 649216 bytes that I have
- free on my hard drive is sufficient to allow it. Try as I may, I
- have not been able to find in the documentation accompanying the
- diskettes any information on the amount of disk space required to
- install the various programs.
-
- It occurs to me that if I begin the installation procedure, get
- only part way through it, and find that I'm out of space, I may
- have bombed version 3.1 that I'm using. Does anyone know how much
- space the four programs will require beyond that used by my
- version 3.1 with Ibid? What happens during the installation of
- NB4 and Ibid? Are existing files either updated or deleted during
- the process?
-
- If one has a partitioned hard disk drive, will it be possible to
- run both vers. 3.1 and 4.0 on the same partition?
