- While tracking down a VTAM related problem yesterday, we noticed under
- Omegamon's SQA/ESQA display that the total allocation for both subpool
- groups were 100%, however the ammount used was 50-70%.
-
- Is this an indication that we need to increase the size of our SQA?
- (Our current IEASYS is set to SQA=(6,6); I have no idea how we arrived
- at that) We normally don't see any messages indicating that SQA is
- overflowing into CSA. (Yesterday was an exception, where it did by 2
- frames, we think because of a CDRM definition problem.) We're not sure
- if SQA is always 100% allocated or not... we'd hate to up it just to
- find out that it's all going to be allocated but not used!
-
- Thanks for any help you can give!
- Seeya,
- Shawn.
