  19. The remote program technically is in Instructional Performance Technology and
  20. is through the College of Technology here at Boise State University.  It can be
  21. completed in full by remote access.  I believe it has both synchronous and
  22. asynchronous components.  It is equivalent to the Educational Technology
  23. program in the College of Education.
