  14. This may be a mundane query to you, but as a novice
  15. to digging into network resources, it's a bit of a
  16. puzzle.  I'm new to this particular list, but it
  17. seems to be the place to get the answer.

  19. Generally:  How would I go about finding where (and
  20. how) I could get articles about current events, either
  21. by FTP, or other method (I'm adrift on Bitnet).

  23. Specifically:  My wife needs some resource/background
  24. material on the new US/Mexico/Canada free trade
  25. agreement.  Could someone point me in the right
  26. direction, please?
