  23. Those multiple entries are indeed correct.  If you look carefully, you will
  24. see that the multiple entries are not duplicates and do quite different things
  25. depending upon the source of the address ($E$F -- envelope, forward pointing
  26. address; $S..$Q -- fail of host not from source route, fail if not sending
  27. to specified channel; etc.).
