  32. I'm concerned by this. You're talking about infringing someone's right
  33. to free speech because it offends you. I find that to be a very
  34. dangerous precedent.

  37. Depending on the circumstances, this might be slander.

  39. I must say here that I think Mr. Knapp is taking an honest position here
  40. by agreeing that if he were so rude he deserves to be socked, but
  41. I don't think that makes it any less dangerous a position to be taking.

  43. I tend to believe that it is precisely that speech which we
  44. find to be offensive that deserves to be protected.
