  12.     Does anyone out there know of any competitions (in the 48 mainland  
  13. United States) for a wind powered vehicle?  USL is thinking of putting
  14. together a wind-powered vehicle for a senior project, and we want to know
  15. if there might be something more in it besides a rich person's new toy.
  16. We might be able to get more funding, also, if there is a competition.
  17. Any replies would be appreciated...
