- From what I've read TI (Texas Instruments) is the only source for 16 megabit
- DRAMs. They are currently only making them for military uses now, with
- commercial production starting this winter. I wouldn't expect 16 MB SIMMS
- to be released, and commercially viable (costing less than four times the
- price of 4 MB SIMMS) before next summer at least. Out now though are
- 8 MB SIMMS, but these just contain twice as many chips as 4 MB SIMMS.
