- A similar system, that would work if the conditions are right is to
- take advantage of the fact that most places in the UK can receive
- two ITV regions (how true is this?), especially with a second aerial
- (I'm fortunate that I can get both Granada and Central with one group
- C/D aerial pointed at Winter Hill even though the Central transmitter
- (Sutton Coldfield?) is group A in totally the opposite direction.

- Anyway, usually both regions transmit the same peak time programs,
- but opt out for local adverts. Therefore, all you need to do is detect
- when the sound and/or video from the regions is significantly different.

- Remember, your picture from the second transmitter needn't be perfect,
- just good enough for your image processing / signal processing to
- tell the difference.
