  14. Last night Bush proposed $132 Billion in unspecified
  15. budget cuts.  In the paper today it said that the 
  16. cuts would not include Social Security.  Bush has already
  17. said that he wants ~$270,000 Billion for Defense and
  18. I assume he will pay interest on the debt.
