  24. In this application, he would still be better off trading his car for
  25. one with a factory turbo.  There are many other upgrades, e.g. 16" wheels
  26. with low profile tires vs. 14" wheels with standard performance tires, etc,
  27. that enable the car to better make use of the increased power of the turbo
  28. engine.
