- I'll second this recommendation - I have a book in the same series for
- 78-83 (?) Hondas and it really helped me through a lot of repairs.
- After 2 years of using this book, I begin understanding what the
- Haynes manual is talking about. (Haynes manual is a good complement to
- this book, although hard to understand for a newbie, it is far more
- complete, including wiring diagrams and things like transmission
- overhaul). I like this book particularly because it has 1-2 paragraphs
- on every step as opposed to 1 line in other manuals. It tells exactly
- which bolts to undo, with what wrenches, and it mentions the pitfalls
- to avoid.

- for 10 year old Hondas and Volkswagens...
