  11. I am interested in hearing peoples experiences with aftermarket turbo
  12. kits for diesel engines.

  14. In particular the engine in question is a Toyota 2.8 litre diesel
  15. (Toyota Engine model 3L)
  16.  
  17. A local company offers a kit for AUST$3000 that claims 45%-50% increase
  18. in power and 50%-55% increase in torque. They offer a 12 month 20000 Km
  19. waranty and claim that Toyota's new vehicle warranty is not affected. 
  20. Toyota also claims this to be true (including under Extra Care warrenty),
  21. however Toyota also sais that they are not responsible for the kit itself
  22. or damage to engine components _directly_ caused by the kit.
