  31. Your description of the problem exactly matches what I was experiencing. 
  32. Yesterday I found another solution: hit the unit real hard and try again
  33. - so far it worked every time.  It seems to be some kind of switch that
  34. gets stuck.  Time to bring it in for repair.  I will then hook up my
  35. microfan and see if I can drop the operating temperature to lecvel that
  36. keeps the circuitry alive a little longer.
