- Just read an interesting article would like to pass on. We all
- know manure is a great fertilizer and composter etc.
- Turns out those "bioremediation" or "biodegradation" researchers,
- scientists trying to find ways to use exotic bacteria cultures,
- some occurring naturally already, others "invented" by bio-
- technology, etc....anyway those researchers have found they
- can take soil contaminated by diesel oil and mix it in a
- compost heap with plenty of good ole steer manure...and presto..
- a few months down the road...diesel has disappeared from the
- soil.
- Manure, well done.
