- It seems banks don't like people who pre-pay their mortgages. I can
- see why, as ours will save us about $100k in interest :). We've been sold
- three times already and our mortgage isn't even a year old.

- So if you don't like your current mortgage holder, start pre-paying a
- significant amount. You'll probably have a new holder in 3 months.

- BTW-Huntington is one of the worst banks for fees. I've stayed away
- from them ever since I learned they charge people for *deposits* on some
- accounts.
