  28. can be an environmentally responsible consumer using energy- 
  29. efficient and renewable energy technologies.  The report covers a 
  30. different technology each month.  It describes successful 
  31. projects by federal, state and local agencies nationwide, as well 
  32. as a contact person for each project.  It provides information on 
  33. financing and lists sources of information, guides for initiating 
  34. projects and other resources.
