  12. Does anyone know of a port of RCS or SCCS for VAX VMS?  I'm not very happy
  13. with CMS, especially the price ($3500 for a SINGLE USER configuration... now
  14. tell me, what sense does it make having only a single user/account use CMS
  15. in the first place???).

  17. I looked into GNU RCS, but it appears to be Unix-bound.  (I'm not positive of
  18. this yet, but it certainly doesn't say its VMS compatible anywhere.)
