- I think it is relatively accurate to say that it is not AT&T but the
- U.S. government which is expanding intellectual property monopolies
- outside USA as well. But I also think there's a propagating effect,
- ie. if AT&T expands the int. property monopolies the U.S. government
- will pressure othe countries to do the same.
