  15. Using gcc, version 2.2.2 on VAX/VMS I am missing the prototypes for
  16. printf, fprintf, sprintf, scanf, fscanf and sscanf. I looked for these
  17. prototypes in GNU_CC_INCLUDE:[000000...]*.H, but couldn't find anything.

  19. One of the reasons I'm using GCC is to check whether all functions are
  20. prototyped and I get a lot of warnings for implicit declaration of
  21. `printf', `fprintf', etc which should be defined in stdio.h.

  23. Does anybody have an idea? Thanks in advance!
