  13. I received no response from sci.crypt, oh well... so here goes:

  15. Someone recently posted a small program to comp.unix.wizards
  16. which would produce 'pronounceable' passwords 'randomly'.

  18. As it turns out, the algorithm is such that it could be 
  19. vulnerable to attacks.

  21. I didn't see that the passwords were _that_ pronoucneable, but
  22. hey... that's just a matter of personal opinion :)

  24. I'm seeking a program that would accomplish the generation of random,
  25. pronouncable passwords that would be done in a 'secure' fashion.  The
  26. passwords should genuinely be random and not vulnerable to some
  27. reverse attack.  I ultimately would like to hack this into our
  28. password command to assist with account creation, etc.

  30. If someone has something that meets these specifications, or knows
  31. where to obtain such (or perhaps someone to ask, even), kindly
  32. let me know.
