  13. 1) There must be a line containing the word 'end' (and nothing else !)
  14.    at the end of the uuencoded file.
  15.  
  16. 2) If a line starts with 'M', there have to be 60 characters on the line.
  17.    And yes, spaces at the end count. (Common problem when files are
  18.    transmitted over NJE lines (EARN)).

  20. Suggestion : try to uuencode one of your files and compare the 'head' and
  21. the 'tail' against the files that cause problems.
