  13. Actually, if your dealer is as bad as mine was then don't bother with them.
  14. Call Apple and get them to send you a free upgrade coupon.  Don't hang up 
  15. until they promise to send you one.  They cost me about 6 weeks of no-3.0
  16. time because I was referred to their clearing house in Denver that handles
  17. the distribution (who referred me back to Apple, etc.).

  19. Get that coupon and send it in.  ANy other route is a gamble.
