  30. I used to monitor the mail sent to reports.aux on AppleLink.  That is no
  31. the case
  32. anymore.  If you want to send reports then send them to

  34. reports@aux.support.apple.com

  36. I will try to send an acknowledgment when I receive a report.  I will
  37. create
  38. a bug report if it is one and if it is not, then I will try to let the
  39. sender know
  40. why we do not think it is a bug.

  42. I should mention that I will do this on a "best effort" basis and that I
  43. will not
  44. attempt to respond to requests for Tech Support-help sent to this
  45. address, since
  46. I already get plenty of those  :-)
