- I have just compiled gcc-2.2.2, libg++-2.2, and gdb-4.6 on my
- rs6000. Everything went *very* smoothly (I was surprised) and
- compiled with no problem.
-
- I wrote a little hello.C using iostream. The ececutable is over
- 300k! But that is not the problem. The problem is, whenever I
- try to run gdb with it (I recompiled with -g), I would load gdb
- okay, but when I gave the "run" command to gdb, my 220 literally
- "took a dump" (displayed c09 on the LCD).
-
- Has anyone seen this? I used the standard "./configure rs6000"
- to configure the make files, and then I just ran "make".
-
- Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
