- I hooked up a disk (which was *supposed* to be preformatted and have
- the OS) to a 4/110 and tried to boot. This is the message that I
- got:
- > b sd()vmunix
- Boot: sd(0,10,0)vmunix
-
- Illegal instruction "0x000017C0" was encountered at PC 0x00004004.
-
- I get the same message if I try "b sd()"
- Can anyone make sense of this? It seems to me that the program was found but
- something was wrong with it (I'm guessing). Is there anything that I should
- try (before I ship it back to the person that I bought it from)?
