- Does anyone out there have experience with the Sun MCP Board
- for synchronous comm. We have purchased several with the
- impression it is a FOUR synchronous port board. Two RS-232
- and two RS-449 with total bandwidth being the aggregate of
- the four ports. It seems that we are now being told that
- the most ports we can use at once is TWO (any combination of
- RS232 or RS-449 but only two sychronous comm links at the
- same time).
-
- Can someone familiar with this communication board from Sun
- shed some light on how we can use all four ports on the
- board? Any info will be greatly appreciated.
