- The last time I tried PCOMM, it required you to specify the sys5 cc.
- I am nearly certain this is talked about in the documentation.

- From your comment about kermit, I infer you are not very good at reading the
- docs OR not very good at poking around. You get kermit to go into
- interactive mode from the local controlling terminal by setting the line and
- the baud rate, either on invocation, interactively, or with an rc file
- (.kermrc). Once you get the kermit prompt, then type c to go into connect
- mode and you can start typing commands to your modem.
