  28. I had a similar problem a month or two back that mystified our local
  29. sun support team for awhile.

  31. We are running SunOs 4.1.2
  32. Swap was divided between sd0b 32Mb and a swap file of over 100Mb
  33.  
  34. Our IPX kept crashing, leaving no option but to power off.  The disk
  35. checked out OK.  When the >100Mb swap file was replaced with 3 32Mb files
  36. and a 16Mb file the problem disappeared.  The maintenance people had
  37. no documentation about the problem.
