  22. There's a limit on the total number of processes on the system.  This limit
  23. is derived from the maxusers value in the kernel config file.  The
  24. calculation is pretty conservative, so if you have lots of daemons or users
  25. open lots of windows it can underestimate.  Try doubling it.
