- I recently had problems getting rpc.yppasswdd running correctly in 4.1.2.
- It seems that you must start it up with the entire path name, ie
- as /usr/etc/rpc.yppasswdd rather than as only rpc.yppasswdd. I am
- wondering why. It is not because /usr/etc is not in the proper path
- variables because I started it by hand in /usr/etc and /usr/etc is
- in the path when rc.local is executed. Could someone please
- check the source and tell me what rpc.yppasswdd does with argv[0]?
-
- Thanks
