- Yes, there is indeed an upgrade available. The CD-ROM is called something
- like "3.10 compilers upgrade", and its installation results in Fortran, C,
- and Pascal being upgraded to 3.10, and C++ to 3.0. We have had a few problems
- with the upgrade (for example, our application which works fine under C++2.1.1,
- doesn't work at all under 3.0; it appears that virtual functions are implemented
- differently (read: buggy :-)). I unfortunately cannot give more details since
- the CodeVision debugger we received arrived with a license expired 5 days
- before shipping! But I diggress here. The point is: 3.0 is out.
