  12. I compiled gdb4.6 under 4.0.1 no problem, however though gdb executes,
  13. when I strat an executable with it, the executable heads into never
  14. never land.

  16. Specifically, I set a break point at main then then type run, the
  17. executable and gdb then hang indefinitely.  Has anyone gotten gdb to
  18. work under 4.0.1?
