- And there's no reason to use WINPKT. WINPKT is for running *DOS* packet
- driver apps under Windows. WinQVT/Net is a *Windows* application.

- It works fine here. We can't tell what's wrong with your setup without more
- details, like: How do you load the drivers? Any error messages? What does
- your NET.CFG file look like? QVT_TCP.RC? Etc...
