  14. I upgraded my slab yesterday and I am having a few problems.

  16. First a word of advice: when you do the upgrade, and the
  17. Upgrade_3.0.app gets to the point where it says "running
  18. postprocessing script", DON'T TOUCH WORKSPACE!
  19.  
  20. I inadvertently did so and hung the machine pretty bad.
  21. (I had to "mon" out from the nmi monitor - halt wouldn't work.)
  22.  
  23. Now my UpradeLog is missing some stuff. I have everything up to and
  24. including the line:

  27. but am missing this:
  28. (taken from another machine's UpgradeLog)

  45. I have noticed some odd behavior. For example, my print panels don't
  46. include the LocalPrinter hooked up to my NeXT anymore
  47. (although nppower still works).

  49. So, is there anyway I can run the postprocessing script without
  50. actually restarting the upgrade? I tried to peek inside
  51. Upgrade_3.0.app to see if I could find the "script" but didn't
  52. find it.

  54. If I can't do this, I'll have to start over by first restoring
  55. my drive to 2.1 from my backup and redo the entire upgrade.
  56. A rather unpleasant proposition...
