  13. I'm getting some errors when I start Mail.app.  It seems to think that the  
  14. mailbox is locked by myself (it gives my userid).  I've been looking for  
  15. the lock file but can't find it anywhere (not in /tmp, not /usr/spool or  
  16. below).
