  20. Can anyone help?  Graduate projects are of interest as well; no project is  
  21. too obscure.

  24. FannieMae (FNMA - Fed'l National Mortgage Association) is a secondary  
  25. mortgage marketer.  We are currently developing a new business model which  
  26. will incorporate distributed objects, artificial intelligence, and
