  21. Tom Erbe has written a program called SoundHack which will allow you
  22. to do this which you can pick up on the archives.  Ftp to mills.edu
  23. and look in the directory called 'ccm'.  The latest version is
  24. called SndHck62.  Here is the blurb that he posted a while back:
