- I've paid for the drive/3.0 upgrade, but the 3.0 hasn't arrived yet. But,
- I know that some people on campus have already received the 3.0 cd. (one
- of which is a friend of mine) I believe that having paid for my upgrade,
- I have a "right to use" licence. I assume this means that it's full legal
- to *borrow* someone elses cd for a night and install 3.0 on my machine.
- Granted, I can't leave the cd in my drive and access it any time I want,
- but at least I can get 3.0 on my machine until my own cd gets here.
-
- So, for all those people complaining about 3.0 not arriving and how
- absolutely *urgent* it is they get it, why not find someone else who has
- it? A nearby university is bound to have lots. Any registered NeXT
- developer or dealer should too, you'd think.
