- I haven't had any of these problems with NeXT. I needed a new keyboard
- to replace my previous ( coffee soaked ) keyboard. I order by phone with
- credit card and had it on my desk by noon the next day.

- My secret: I order from a major financial firm, told them so, and had it
- mailed there.

- NeXT can treat its customers right if it wants to. But if they think
- s**t of you, their service reflects it.
